    Fuel Foundations is designed for those new to coaching or anyone wanting to focus on one key area — whether that’s fitness or health coaching. Over 4 to 6 weeks, you’ll get personalized guidance, simple goals, and support to create momentum without overwhelm.

    This intro plan helps you build a solid base of movement, mindset, or wellness habits — so you can confidently take the next step toward thriving in your health journey.
